Refund Policy: It is our hope that you will be satisfied with your recent purchase of Nomine Candles. However, if you need to return an item, and it has been unused and is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the merchandise. You must safely pack the item with the original packing materials, regardless of return method. If a return or exchange item is damaged due to poor packing, we cannot issue a credit or refund. Please contact nancy@nominesoycandles.com for a return authorization within 10 days of receiving your shipment or you will not be able to return the item. Because all of our products are handcrafted, each may differ slightly from the items pictured on our website.

If you order was damaged in shipping call UPS at 800-742-5877 and follow their instructions. They'll start a claim, pick up the damaged package, and notify us so that we can send you a replacement. Do not send the damaged items to Nomine. Please inform the driver of any visible damage to boxes and retain the original packing materials for a damage inspection.

Shipping Information: Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. Next Day Air and other services are available upon request. Shipping and Handling charges are based on weight of the order and where the order is shipped. We will notify you of the shipping charges before processing your order.
